Long before “premium” became a label, Indian kitchens depended on grains that were honest, raw, and close to the soil.
Over time, speed and appearance took priority — grains were polished, blended, and processed for uniformity. We chose not to follow that path.
NIVAALA works directly with farmers in Pipariya, preserving traditional practices that respect grain structure, nutrition, and natural character.
We don’t source from mills — we are the mill.
After decades inside the pulse trade, we chose to step away from polish, middlemen, and shortcuts — and sell grain the way it should be.
